Anja Buchholz is an inspiring example of professional versatility and passion in working with people.

As a coach, trainer and flight attendant, she brings a unique combination of experience, empathy and expertise. Her special trademark is a natural lightness with which she meets people.

Born in 1974 on the Moselle and raised in a small village in the Hunsrück. At an early age she had the dream of discovering the world as a flight attendant. She was fascinated by the diversity of people, their stories, perspectives and ways of life.

Her path there began with training as a state-approved educator. She then gained valuable life experience during several years of professional stays in Istanbul and London.

But her goal remained clear: she became a flight attendant and has been working for Lufthansa for over 25 years. Here she was able to realize her love of meeting people from all over the world. Every interaction, every exchange enriches her and shapes her trust-building, empathetic way, with which she meets people at eye level.

In addition to her work above the clouds, her fascination for the personal and professional development of other people deepened.

As a mother of two children, she decided to continue her own path and continue her education as a trainer and systemic coach after they became more independent.

Since then, her life experience, her in-depth communication skills and her joy in working with people have flowed into her coaching and seminars,
